Awesome fishing for yellow catfish and turkey hunting along the Colorado River bank is second to none; while one could enjoy Blu Cat, Florida Bass, and or Coppernose Bluegill fishing in one of the two lakes or numerous ponds which are scattered throughout the property. These ponds and lakes provide for an exceptional habitat for dove and numerous waterfowl.
Water: The ranch is well watered featuring 1.7 miles of Colorado River frontage. There are also two lakes which range in size from six to eight acres, and 10-12 various sized ponds. There is also an electric stabilized well of approximately 215 a 1,200 gallon storage tank on a concrete slab.
Improvements: There is a ranch hunting lodge which was built in the summer of 2010. A very nice construction of native stone harvested on the ranch and metal roof. The lodge has internet service and Direct TV; cell phone service is fair at the lodge area.

In addition to the lodge, there is a 3,000sq/ft metal pope barn. Situated on a concrete slab in the barn is a walk-in cooler and processing area.

Remarks: This ranch has been under the care of a wildlife biologist for 2 years and it shows in the upkeep and careful conservation of the ranch and the wildlife habitat therein.
