Multiple ages of healthy and productive planted lobloly and slash pines ranging from mature sawtimber/poles to pulpwood/chip-n-saw product classes, needing thinned or clearcut now. +-80 acres is prime old-field Tifton sandy loam soils, ideal for ag conversion. There is substantial additional acreage in Goldsboro sandy loam prime soils also suitable for ag conversion, and the balance is in Grady soils ideal for lowland planted pines.
