250' X 120' metal horse building with indoor arena, with office and bunk house. 90 indoor horse stalls, with 72 of them at 12'X 12', 12 at 12' X 16', and 6 at 12' X 24'. Large metal structure saddle shed, a 200 by 300 lighted out door arena with large heated and cooled raised announcers stand with connecting lighted calf roping alley, an additional 150 by 250 roping area. Both arenas are connected to the 4000 head feedlot with alleys. There are 6 approved building lots which already have power, water and phone lines installed.
