The north and south ends of the property sit on gently raised hills that would be great for a home, shop, or placing an RV or camper for the weekend. The northern-most side has several excellent hilltop home or building sites. The middle area has Walkers Creek that meanders it's way the complete length of the property. This creek has water most of the year and serves well for recreational uses to watering cattle and wildlife as well. There are several slough areas that tend to hold water as well. Two ponds are on the property, both approximately 1/3 acre each. They are set up well to stock with fish, to use for cattle and wildlife as well. Plentiful deer, hogs and other game animals are in the area thanks to thick wooded areas and the wet-weather creek. This place could be used for hunting, shooting, riding horses or ATV's.
