Oak Hill Farm is situated at the end of a private common drive approximately 1/4 mile off Elm Street in Pepperell. Being on a private drive has several advantages, but locating it using a GPS is not among them. The following provides directions from Routes 113 or 119 in Pepperell . . .

From Route 119

Turn onto Route 111/River Rd. At the fork, bear left onto Elm Street. Once on Elm Street, travel 1.7 miles. Turn right onto the common drive. As you turn onto the common drive, there is a granite marker on the right which displays a map of the properties accessed by the common drive (Oak Hill is #34A). Proceed up the drive, bearing right at a Y and taking the road between two grass fields. As you approach the top of the hill, after passing a "Whoa Horses - 10 MPH" sign, take a gentle left and then an immediate gentle right. The farm buildings are at the end of the drive.

From Route 113

Turn onto Elm Street. Go approximately 0.2 miles turn left onto the common drive located immediately after the first fire hydrant on your left. As you turn onto the common drive, there is a granite marker on the right which displays a map of the properties accessed by the common drive (Oak Hill is #34A).
