Remarks
+/-1,072 acres located southeast of Merced and northeast of Chowchilla in the community of LeGrand. The property is completely fenced, and features corrals located on the southwest corner of the property. The water source for cattle is provided by a small well equipped with a backup generator and a large water storage tank. Additionally, there are feed troughs for the cattle and an entry gate that access a dirt road through the center of the property. There are also numerous vernal pools throughout the property and an intermittent drainage swale.
