Location. 10.5 mi W of Menard on Hwy 190
Terrain. The land slopes gradually from the road to the San Saba River. There is a small planted pecan orchard, scattered large oaks, and native brush. An interesting escarpment with small caves runs above the river bottom, which has large pecan and oak trees.
