Location: Approximately 20 miles Northwest of Mason, Texas, 21 miles East of Menard, Texas and 20 miles South of Brady, Texas. It's 130 miles from San Antonio, Texas and 140 miles from Austin, Texas.
Description: The County Line Ranch is a tract out of a larger ranch. It's surrounded by large acreage on 3 sides and a high fence neighbor on the other. Approximately half of the ranch is in improved grasses, primarily Klein grass, making it an ideal location for grazing. A set of working(cattle) pens is located on the Southern portion of the ranch while the Northern portion of the ranch is densely covered providing good wildlife habitat.
Entry road off of FM 1311 will be owned, not an easement.
