The Bywaters Ranch has been owned by the same family since 1915.
The terrain on the 327 acres ranges from fertile pastures to creek bottoms. The majority of this low fenced ranch is covered with large live oaks, mesquite, cedar elms, and other native brush. Some of the ranch has been cleared to create open pastures.
Bear Creek and its tributaries run in wet weather and transverse the ranch giving excellent habitat for wildlife which includes whitetail deer, quail, dove, turkey, and hogs.
