Vista Grande Lodge is situated at a high elevation allowing for tremendous views or the cascading scenery. Upon entering the main lodge, there is a grand entry with a double level stairway to the upstairs. The downstairs is comprised of an open living and dining area, a mud/laundry room, kitchen and breakfast area, a library/study/media room. There are total 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 are located on the floor level), with an abundance of large closet space. The master bathroom has a separate commode area, Jacuzzi tub, a make-up vanity and sitting area, 2 side-by-side sink/lavatories with generous countertop space, a walk in shower and a linen closet. The remaining bedroom & bathroom is located upstairs. The interior showcases ceramic, and hardwood floors all complimenting the other; walls are softly painted with some of the rooms accentuated with recessed ceilings and crown molding. The yard area of Vista Grande is surrounded with neatly stacked flat rock with the yards well manicured and beautifully planted.

All furniture (aside from a few personal items) conveys with sale of property. Approximately 2,936 +/- acres of the ranch is currently under SAWS water conservation easement. The easement includes two individual building envelopes. There is approximately 250 acres excluded from the easement. There is a possibility of 2 existing employees to go with ranch.
