Native wildlife in the area are whitetail deer, quail, dove, hogs, turkey, and varmints. This region of Texas is well known for its whitetail deer and dove hunting. The closest town to the ranch is Devine, TX only 4 miles away. Devine has a great ranch supply store Morales Feed, a Tractor Supply is being built, plenty of restaurants, even a Wal Mart. All owned minerals will convey with the sale of property.
The ranch does have an old house on it in need of repairs, but would make a great guest house. Some great potential build sites for a residence or weekend ranch home with great views. There are also working pens, and covered storage for equipment.
