IMPROVEMENTS: There are no structural improvements on the ranch. The ranch is high-fenced on the southwest side and low-fenced for the most part. The ranch is also cross-fenced.
WATER: The Medina BMA canal border the East side of the ranch. Medina Lake discharges water from the lake to feed the canal. The canal was made to provide water for irrigation. This water source adds a unique feature to the ranch. A nice small lake is on the property.
TERRAIN: Moving east to west, the ranch gains elevation giving way to rolling-level South Texas pasture and brush. The hills afford cover to the abundant wildlife. The up and down brushy terrain between this meandering creek and the irrigated pastures offers excellent hunting for whitetail deer, feral hogs, turkey, quail and dove. A water seep from the canal on the eastern edge of this area offers the potential for constructing a lake in the area below it.
WILDLIFE: Whitetail Deer, Dove, Bobwhite Quail, and Hogs. -3/7/2018
