Game Cleaning Facility: Newly constructed in 2004, this covered facility has 4 electric winches with hoists leading into to a large 8'x12' walk-in coller. Concrete slab construction with drain allowing easy wash-down and cleanup. Attached to the walk-in cooler is a meat processing room approximately 12'x15' in size. Nothing is needed here and everything was well thought out in it's design.

Guest Apartment: Located above the game cleaning facility is a nice 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment with 2 beds. This little apartment comfortable and roomy enough for 3 people.

Barn: a 30'x80' metal barn is next to the main house at the headquarters and is fully enclosed. About 1/2 is on concrete slab and 1/2 has a natural floor. Surface Water: There are 4 large stock tanks and 2 smaller ponds scattered over the 1,892 acres. The large tanks are deep (20'+) and have been proven to hold water through all of our latest droughts and are hotspots for viewing giant bucks! When full they cover several acres each. The two ponds are near the headquarters and are supplemented by well water for all types of game/birds. In addition to the tanks/ponds, numerous water troughs have been installed throughout the ranch via buried PVC water lines.

Water Wells: There are (2) water wells located at the headquarters. These wells have been set up to run through a water treatment (softener with R/O) for the houses and their water needs as well as feeding the water troughs throughout.

DMP Deer Pens: A new set of state certified DMP pens was constructed approximately 4 years ago to help enhance the already fantastic deer herd.

Food Plots: 7+ root-plowed, and clean food plots

Road System: An extensive road system covers the ranch allowing good access to all points of the property. Some of these roads are topped with gravel.

Brush/Terrain: The ranch is about 70% covered in native brush and approximately 30% food plots/roller chopped areas. The brush here has been sculpted and affords excellent game viewing while providing the best nutrition South Texas has to offer. The terrain is rolling with big hills and fertile drainages and bottom areas. Really pretty to drive through.
