WATER:
The larger well flows year round and flows through the property into a stock tank area and then free flows down a draw. Wildlife and cattle drink the water and ducks and geese migrate to the pond during their seasons. Drinking water is supplied by the neighbor's water well and owner believes this arrangement can continue. The owner pays a monthly fee to the neighbor for the water. The water is pumped to the 2000 gallon waterstorage/pressure pump and tank and is utilized by the house and headquarters area. There are two flowing water wells on this ranch. Both have a lot of mineral content in the water. Also there is an artesian well at the windmill which would be perfect for a reverse osmosis fresh water system if so desired.
