Athens, TN Hunting Retreat
Well managed hunting property for the outdoorsman and the family. This property has been meticulously managed for Northern bobwhite, White-tailed deer, Wild turkey, and small game for over 10 years. All fields have historically been planted for food plots. 28 year old pine stands have been thinned twice and burnt every 2 years. The entire tract is easily accessible with roads and fire lanes throughout. Access is controlled by two gates at the end of a county road. There is a small metal building with a wood burning stove inside and two carports off the side for storing ATVs and equipment. Property has electricity, well, septic, and natural spring water!
Directions
From I-75 exit 49 and drive west on TN-30 for 1.9 miles. Turn left onto County Road 166 and drive 0.1 miles. Turn right onto County Road 119 and drive 1.1 miles. Turn left onto County Road 108. Take County Road 108 to the end (approximately 0.5 miles). There are two entrances to the property and both entrances have locked gates.
