While you’re waiting for the buck of your dreams, you’ll also have the opportunity to soak in all the majesty of the surrounding hills and Missouri timber that makes the Ozarks such a special place. After seeing all of the the incredible ridge top views, you’ll start thinking about what a great setting it would make for your future hunting cabin or home. The property is a great mix of woods and open ground that provides just the right combination of habitat to attract and hold wildlife, including deer and turkeys that utilize the abundant oaks for food and cover. Not only does this property offer some ideal habitat and great hunting, but you’ll also like knowing it has an estimated $25,000 worth of standing walnut and oak lumber. South of the road is a gravel bottomed wet weather creek, and beyond that, an old hay meadow that could easily be returned to production or used to grow some secluded food plots where the property butts up to the 4,035 acre Flag Spring Conservation Area. Other features you’ll appreciate include 2 ponds and access to both electrical and rural water close by, as well as very affordable property taxes.
