It's not often that we picture the back of a home at the beginning of a house description. We did this time because this one has such an enjoyable back yard. It has a large deck, 20 feet by 11 feet. The soft lighting from the lamp post will enhance great evenings outside with those close to you. It also has large shady trees, and a solid shop/storage built on a concrete slab.
The rest of the house, which is a 3/2 and has over 1,900 square feet, is very nicely done as well. The kitchen has attractive granite counters, with substantial cabinet space and new tile flooring.
The home exterior is brick, with a concrete foundation, and it appears to be in very good condition. The composition roof appears to be nearly new. All of the woodwork both inside and outside looks as if it has a fresh new coat of paint.

One of the better features about the home is the windows. They are all new, double pane insulated windows that fold inside for easy cleaning. The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, and it has additional storage.
The home has both a living room and a den, and the den has a gas fireplace. The garage is a double attached. It has an automatic opener, and a small bonus room for storage, crafts, etc.
All 3 schools are within walking distance. The neighborhood is also desirable as well.
