One field is 38 acres and contains Tifton 85 grass and the other field is 55 acres that is fallow at this time except for about 3 acres of Tifton 85 in one corner. Both fields are completely fenced. There is some new fencing and some older fencing. This is good fertile farmland that is ready to be used however you wish. The property would also provide some good hunting as there are plenty of deer in this area. CR-348 fronts the property on the west side and also there is a Millersview-Doole Water line along the west side.
