Location. You will find this property in McCulloch County, Brady is the County seat. It is near the peaceful village of Doole, and it has paved access from FM 765.
Terrain. This part of the countryside is gently sloping, with Salt Creek running through the place from end to end. It has both sides of the creek for over half a mile. Most of the place is brushy, with areas that can be readily cleared for crop or food plot production. There are larger trees along the creek.

In addition to the wells, a stock tank or pond is near the south end. The creek feeds the tank, which then runs north through the place. There are several nice water holes in the creek. Wildlife. Lots of turkey sign in there, and deer are prevalent. Waterfowl and fur-bearing animals will frequently be on the place.
