This is an excellent ranch for livestock and hunting. The existing road system makes the majority of the ranch readily accessible. The ranch is low fenced and cross fenced and is not currently being leased to hunters so the game is under very little pressure. This area of Texas produces a 160 to 180 B&C whitetail without protein supplementation. With supplementation and high fencing, many of the ranches in the area produce whitetail in excess of 200 B&C. Exotics frequent the property such as Axis and Fallow and black buck antelope. Though hogs migrate through the area, they dont seem to frequent it. The quail, dove, duck, turkey and sandhill crane hunting is excellent. There are 12 tanks on the property and several wells which feed an extensive network of water distribution to troughs throughout the ranch. There is a 3/3.5 bath ranch home that serves as the main home and a separate cabin for hunters or a foreman. There are multiple metal barns and implement sheds (see photo gallery).
