Water: In the NW corner is an old irrigation well that the owners have placed a submersible pump in which provides water for livestock. There is a water well with a windmill in the SW corner of the property that was drilled in 1996-1997. An old windmill is located at the SE part of the property and is unknown if it pumps water. The owner has stated that a water well was dug about 1/4 mile north of the 1996-1997 well but was not used due to higher saline content. All other wells on this property and neighboring property have good water.
