This forested land sits approximately 8 miles from Ishpeming in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. This property has great access off of County Road 573, and is remote with no interior roads, just woods that largely consist of spruce and pine. The adjoining land has been harvested, which has since led to new growth. Because of this, the area has also seen an increased deer population. The property also has a nice clearing that would make for a fantastic cabin site! It should be noted that the adjoining 190 acres is also available with frontage on the Little Dead River. Overall, this is fantastic, affordable land in a great location.
