The Pee Dee River South Tract and the Pee Dee River North Tract are each surrounded by the Marsh Wildlife Management Area and Heritage Preserve (WMA/HP). Marsh WMA/HPA is an 8,660-acre well-managed wildlife habitat for multiple game and non-game species, and is managed by South Carolina DNR.
The tract contains mature bottomland hardwood, but it is predominantly hardwood regeneration nearing age 20.
The property has direct frontage on Goose Pond Road. The +/-48 acres of upland pine are an ideal homesite, or they can be thinned for immediate income.
A power transmission line provides excellent hunting and food plots and allow one to easily establish year-round wildlife plantings.
Finally, there are long-range shooting possibilities for the marksman seeking to test his skills.
