This retreat sits on the south side of Indianapolis, just north of Greenwood. The private drive at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Pleasant Lakes Subdivision takes you back to the property. When you first enter, there is a transformer to the left. The high ground near the entrance is likely the best place for a potential build site. A lot of this property is within the 100-year floodplain; however, according to the Marion County planning department, when asked if this lot was buildable, they confirmed a home could be built. As you walk down the well-established trail system, you will find a +/- .3 acre pond. There is sign of a local beaver and other wildlife frequenting this area. The North and Northwest boundary is set by the Pleasant Run Creek. The rest of the property boundary is fenced.
