It is rare to find a property that has so many attractive features. This tract has roughly half a mile of paved road frontage, multiple entry points, interior roads and trails, a flowing creek, a waterfall, mature timber, cleared areas for potential food plots, a gravel pit, power on-site, and some of the most unique and unbelievable rock formations that I've encountered in this area of the state. Multiple entry points are from Kimbrough/Campbell Road, a paved county road. As you enter the property, you will find an abundance of home site options, plenty of flat and level ground with some gently rolling hills, and power available at the road. As you near the back 1/4 of the property, you'll encounter a nice flowing creek that meanders its way through the large mature timber. A really nice waterfall is roughly 30' high, and it almost appears out of nowhere as you make your way through the...

A really nice waterfall is roughly 30' high, and it almost appears out of nowhere as you make your way through the timber. Once you approach the waterfall and stand at the top, you'll see the water trickle over and make its way down into a vast canyon, with rock formations that tower over each side of the creek about 100' tall on each side. As you can see in the photos, these rock walls and formations provide a unique and picturesque area that any outdoor adventurer would love to see and experience. Having walked most of this property, I'd say these rock formations stretch out for roughly 200-300 yards on each side of the creek. If you're into rappelling, this is an absolute must-see property for you. In addition to the creek, the waterfall, and the rock formations, there is also a really cool gravel pit on this tract. This gravel pit could easily be used to repair low spots or soft spots on the roads throughout the property. Stretching out for about 2 acres, it would also be the perfect ATV park. This gravel area has some pretty amazing terrain with small ridges and valleys, tons of trails, and just enough up and down to make you want to invite your friends over for a day of riding. Roughly 40 acres on this tract have been cleared, offering an excellent opportunity to implement food plots or homesites or even create some pasture ground near the entrance. It is a very convenient location, just 7 miles from downtown Haleyville. For the recreational lovers out there, this is definitely a property you want to see! There is also additional land for sale across the road.
