Clifty Creek Recreational Tract

This tract has paved road access off of County Road 63 and is located a few minutes northeast of Winfield. This would make a nice small hunting tract. The road into the property has just been worked and an area was cleared out to plant a food plot for wildlife. About half the property is in pine plantation that is ready to be thinned, and the balance is in hardwood along Clifty Creek, which borders the entire east side of the tract.
