Little New River Recreation Tract

This recreation and hunting property features over half a mile of frontage on the Little New River. A small building or camping site sits perched on the highest elevation of the property, with spectacular views of the 22 acre field and the river valley below. There are approximately 30 acres of loblolly pine plantation with the balance of the property in natural hardwood timber providing diverse habitat for wild game. The topography is somewhat varied. The open area is flat to rolling while the pine plantation and most of the hardwood timber is flat river bottom with a few steep acres in between. The property is convenient to Interstate 22 and lies less than 90 minutes from Birmingham.
