The tract has a mixture of pine and hardwood throughout with multiple scenic ridges overlooking the river. The rolling topography of the tract creates several pinch points and funnels around the property perfect for ambushing whitetails as they slip between the draws and ridges. The New River serves as the northern border of the tract as creates a good natural funnel for the wildlife with a year-round water source. A small pond is also located in the center of the property to provide an additional water source. The main internal road enters the property towards the southeastern side and continues north towards the river with good internal access. For its size, this property is hard to beat with the combination of river frontage, large adjoining landowners and remote location in the heart of big buck country!
