An equestrian complex is only 250' from the main house and includes a 4,000 SF barn with 6 large stalls (each 16'x16' with lamps for heating and lighting), a tack room with saddle racks and a refrigerator, a horse wash area with hot water and cross-ties, a 16 wide center lane with ceiling fans that provides drive-thru access, and a 1,000 SF maintenance/shop area. Adjacent to the barn is a large animal scale, a hot walker and a 1,200 SF concrete pad with a steel roof cover for storage of equipment, vehicles or hay. The outdoor arena is almost of an acre with 8 attached, shaded stalls with auto water and fenced paddocks that range in size from one to two acres with water systems. A caretaker's house (25'x50' manufactured home permanently installed, covered and landscaped including outdoor BBQ) is located near the arena. The home features interior and exterior white concrete plaster walls over concrete block construction (no painting needed), Saltillo tile floors, Mission tile roof and interior/exterior doors of 1 5/8" solid, sand-blasted Douglas fir. The central core includes an 800 SF Great Room with fireplace and massive sand-blasted Douglas fir trusses and 14' redwood cathedral ceiling. Completing the core is an eat-in kitchen with fireplace and all new appliances. Just off the kitchen is a half bath, wet bar, walk-in pantry pre-plumbed to convert to a wine cellar, and a laundry room with sink and built-in cabinets. A detached 3-car garage has a separate large workroom with built-in storage. Five separate guesthouses near the main house range in size from 364 SF to 1,288 SF and provide 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A workshop of 3,900 SF is located on the ground floor below the largest and newest guesthouse, built in 2000.
