Featuring three distinct landscapes perfectly suited for a comprehensive cattle operation, the Crawford Ranch offers a prime location for multiple agricultural pursuits. The 191 +/- acres of irrigated land is equipped with a pump station featuring three pumps and a catch pond, along with essential infrastructure including wheel lines, concrete ditches, underground piping, and gated pipe. The productive pastureland, with a history of dryland wheat, has transitioned to native grasses in recent years and spans over 1,800 acres.
