They are very efficient for watering the cattle and the 300 acres of flood and wheel-line irrigated pastures. The ranch has excellent, but not overdone, improvements including the owners residence, managers home, bunkhouse, equipment storage, shop and a 300-head backgrounding lot. A variety of wildlife including mule deer, elk, coyote, pronghorn antelope, as well as California quail, sage grouse and prairie falcons are seen on a regular basis throughout the ranch lands. The ranch has had the same management for over twenty years.
