Large Tract Of Land With Highly Productive Tillable And River Bottom

Rare is defined in the dictionary as " not found in large numbers and consequently of interest or value." Or you could take a snapshot of this property and put that in the dictionary. I guess what I am saying is tracts of land like this just don't hit the open market very often if at all.
