Not many hardwood tracts in Madison County remaining but this one is! These 180 acres consists of 73+/- acres of mature upland hardwood pine mix with the remaining acreage being mature bottomland hardwood. The eastern part of the property is the upland timber then falls off in the large Kentuctah Creek bottom on the west. Madison County enjoys an excellent reputation for producing large deer and there is plenty of sign they are living on this tract. This tract could use some timber thinning to produce more browse and cover for the wildlife but is producing plenty of acorns now. There are a couple of established food plots and a good road system is in place.

This is a very nice hardwood tract with plenty of deer sign and the turkey hunting is excellent. The turkeys will be gobbling soon so come take a look and get ready for turkey season!
