Old Teton River Ranch

The "Old Teton River Ranch" is one of a kind. Only minutes away from Rexburg, Idaho. It is a true fishing oasis with 1-1/2 miles of 100 percent private fishing river and no public access. Premier fly fishing on the ranch includes Rainbows, Yellowstone Cutthroats, and Browns from 14" to 28". After the Teton Dam collapse in 1976, the US Army Corp of Engineers redirected portions of the Teton River (which borders the East and South portion of the property) leaving the original Teton River bed running through the property as a "canal" with complete irrigation water rights for the property. The irrigation water rights allow flow from May through November, but in actuality, the water flows year round as a result of the high water table.
