TRACT 1: 79 ACRES, (+/-), 73.5 FSA TILLABLE ACRES. The South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 59N, Range 13W (except 1.056 acres, m/l, described in book 904, page 18 of the Macon County record). This highly tillable tract is mainly open with some woods in the draws.
TRACT 2: 79.5 ACRES, (+/-), 67.6 FSA TILLABLE ACRES. The West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 59N, Range 13W (except a strip of land measuring one-half acre, m/l, being one rod wide off the entire West side of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17 for roadway to the property lying to the North).
