This is mainly a rolling tract of land, with some low land in the hardwood bottom areas...no swamps or wasteland are present anywhere on the tract which is a huge plus. There is a large network of roads and trails that give good access over the whole property. I get to look at a lot of land and can say that this is one of the best stands of natural timber I have seen. There is a large volume of hardwood and pine sawtimber, pine chip-n-saw and pine/hardwood pulpwood. The hardwood is spectacular both on the ridges and in the bottoms. Very large water oaks, red oaks and white oaks are in abundant supply...I can only imagine what the acorn crop will be like here in the fall! This timber is not only aesthetically valuable but has very significant value and could offer immediate return on investment if one desired to harvest some timber.
