The property has approximately 1600 ft. on the Middle Meherrin River. Large rocks and boulders are on the property edge overlooking the woods and river. Wildlife is abundant with deer, turkeys, black bear and small game.

Keysville is 15 minutes, South Boston is 45 minutes, Farmville is 45 minutes, Blackstone home of Ft Pickett and FAST-C is 50 mintutes and Clarksville is 40 minutes. If you need more land to hunt Ft. Pickett has over 44,000 acres of public hunting land and several small lakes to fish. If you want a little bigger water visit Kerr Lake/ Buggs Island. At its maximum capacity, Kerr Lake is one of the largest reservoirs in the Southeastern United States, covering approximately 50,000 acres and bordered by over 850 miles of shoreline.
