Stoxland Hunting Club is a world-class sporting property. One of the most important components of this tract is the bridge crossing Cypress Bayou. Cypress Bayou can be known for a swift current, making bridge construction nearly impossible, yet without a bridge, a large portion of the property would be inaccessible. The current owners constructed the existing bridge over two years ago using a repurposed cotton module baler and 50, 4,000 pound concrete blocks as a foundation and retaining wall. Combine this with over 20 loads of gravel for roads, several established shooting holes in the timber, multiple Redneck deer stands, and a lodge site sitting behind a gate, Stoxland Hunting Club has seen significant infrastructure improvements over the years.

The quality of hunting at Stoxland is extremely high. In the 22/23 season, an estimate 350 ducks were harvested. In the 23/24 season, they harvested an approximately 400 birds. A 152" deer was also taken on the property in the past two years, and on top of this, there are two flocks of turkeys on the property. A dove field was planted last year with over 500 dove bagged. This property is a sportsmans paradise.
