Wonderful trees throughout the ranch. A seasonal creek with trees and beautiful rock outcroppings. For cattle, you have a good working set of pens with calf shoot and roping arena. Twelve pastures have coastal or Willman Love Grass with native forbs in cooler months. The Love grass gives you excellent year around grazing regardless of how mature it is. Located nearby are two maturing compost piles to be used as needed. The insulated 60 x 40 Mueller metal shop has a cement floor and a 40 x 20 covered truck loading dock that will fit any need. It includes a drive-through option for your vehicles, electric hot water heaters and an office room. There is also a 10 x 40 car port on the west side of the shop. This shop houses a 500-gallon compost tea machine and other equipment not suited to be in the weather that you have the option to buy. There is a well-functioning farm tractor with only about 500 hours of use and multiple farm implements, all of which are optional purchases.
