Vegetation and Terrain: Dos Amigos boasts the gently rolling topography that the area is known for, creating a good ratio of native brush to open pastureland. Several old coastal fields are present that now consist of a mixture of coastal bermuda and native grasses providing great quail habitat. Other parts of the ranch are thick, making for great deer habitat. Brush species include black brush, guayacon, guajillo, persimmon with some bull mesquites and live oaks scattered throughout.
Wildlife: There is an endless amount of wildlife on the property including common native species found in the area such as whitetail, turkey, quail, hogs, javelina and varmints. The area is primarily known for its high density of bob-white quail and doves.
