Water: An El Oso water meter is installed at the front of the ranch and water is piped to a trough near the field.
Improvements: El Oso water supply is installed and electricity is available at the front of the ranch along the county road. There are several old senderos that can easily be cleared again to provide access to all points on the ranch. There are no structural improvements.
Location: Approximately 15 minutes from Kenedy which has a Wal-Mart, HEB, Tractor Supply, Autozone, restaurants and just about anything else you might need. Approximately 1.5 hours from San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
