In addition to great whitetail deer and quail hunting, there are also exotics on the ranch such as axis, aoudad, fallow and blackbuck. Dove hunting is also very good.
TERRAIN: The terrain of the ranch is relatively flat with a slight slope from north to south. The diversity of vegetation on the ranch is impressive with blackbrush, huisache, whitebrush, hog plum, guajillo, honey mesquite and much more. This wide variety of vegetation gives the whitetail deer and other wildlife a great habitat to thrive.
WATER: There are two water wells on the ranch that pump around 200 ft. down with a 3HP pump. Water lines from the wells run to three cattle troughs, a pond and six quail feeders. One pond is located near the northeast corner of the ranch. This pond is a great waterhole for wildlife.
IMPROVEMENTS: Improvements include, high fencing, water wells, a barn and brush management. There are no vertical improvements on the property.
