The Lodge is a 6,000+ SF spruce log exterior with composite decking and three different levels of living area. From the deck, you can overlook the large oxbow fishing and duck hunting lake, complete with a covered boat dock. There are a total of 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A large open main living area has a cathedral ceiling with a rock fireplace and is walled with pine, cypress, and aspen. The beautiful furniture and taxidermy has the rustic and hunting feel you would expect from the former Orvis-endorsed hunting ranch. Hunting & Recreation

The ranch offers world-class deer, duck, and hog hunting as well as fishing. Precision-leveled duck impoundments are planted with millet and can be flooded and drained with the large PTO pump and multiple water control structures. Great duck hunting can also be enjoyed on multiple sloughs, moist soil areas, and oxbow lakes throughout the property. There are miles of wooded area and trails to take you to the multiple tower stand locations, complete with fiberglass stands, feeders, and food plots. You can manage your deer herd inside of the 8 high game fenced area or hunt outside of the fence to enjoy the great Little River County bucks that are known for running the river bottoms. The 3.5 miles of Red River frontage provides some of the best fishing and recreation you can imagine. A large sandbar stretches two miles along the river and is a great place to hang out with the family, ride ATVs, fish, and dove hunt. There is also a large storage shop for boats and ATVs that has a walk-in cooler and covered dog pens.
