Deer and elk utilize this property as a pass-through between their secluded bedding grounds in Well Canyon and nearby croplands, which acts as their food source. The diverse landscape is ideal for upland game birds, turkeys, coyote, bobcat, and big game hunting, including - elk, mule deer, and whitetail deer.
