Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Cornerville 73 Tract containing approximately 73 acres located in Lincoln County, Arkansas.
This tract was clear cut during the summer of 2010 and chemically site prepared in the late summer of 2012. In the spring of 2013 approximately 47 acres of the 73 acres that were sprayed were burned. The burned acres were machine planted with Arborgen Elite loblolly pine bareroot seedlings. The unburned acres were allowed to come back naturally. The NRCS Web Survey Report for this property identifies the predominant soils on this property a being silt loam soils that have an average native site index of 90 feet (base age 50). This is an excellent hunting property that is located on the edge of Hudgins Creek Bottoms with timber investment opportunities.
