A covered walkway leads straight to the retreats hilltop restaurant that stretches out over the lake, and is complete with a spacious kitchen, conference room, and a deck with an outdoor eating area. There is also a hospitality center that has a large floor to ceiling stone fireplace, store, various meeting rooms, a conference center, multiple offices, a challenge course for leadership training, and an overlook loft area.
The artesian lakes on the resort are the actual headwaters of this entire body of water with free-flowing artesian wells and numerous springs that flow into the lakes at a steady rate all day long. This well-watered ranch has no rivers or tributaries feeding into it, keeping the waters crystal clean with a constant influx of fresh water.
Recreation on the resort includes a canoe lake, which has an abundance of calm water for safe kayaking, paddle boarding, and other water sports.
