The tract has a significant population of deer, turkeys, and other wildlife that makes it a great hunting tract close to town. There are also numerous locations that would be ideal for possible pond construction. The major timber stand type is natural pine and hardwood mix that is around seven years old. There is a ±7-acre borrow pit on the tract that looks to have been used years ago for sand clay.
