Deerland Forest

This partially wooded parcel is perfect for recreational use with nearby access to state land. The land has a small creek and gently rolling topography framed by hardwood and softwood forest. A network of deer trails cross the property nice for hunting, trail riding, hiking and cross country skiing in the winter. The area offers excellent Northern Tier hunting with plenty of signs of deer and gamebirds on the land. Also, the land is not far from the Beartown State Forest, Indian River and the Beaver River, with some of the wildest forests and rivers found in the state, as well as some of the most lush and productive farmland. The Black River provides flat water and whitewater thrills for paddlers, while High Falls Pond is a popular destination for bass and trout fishermen.
