Take Highway 15 north, exit at Wolf Creek, go under bridge and around to Hwy. 434. Drive 18 miles to Highway 200 W. turn left towards Lincoln, Drive 7.1 miles, youll see a chain up area sign, turn right just before the sign. This is Elk Meadows Loop. Drive .07 mile and turn left, make another left on Cole Dr. Then drive approx. .03 mile and turn right (youll see a brown A-Frame cabin just ahead on your left after you turn),This is a rutted, sometimes muddy road. Drive approx. .02 mile and youll come to a power line and see a sign for Stamen Rd. on your left, youll want to take a sharp right here, now drive up road and you will see the Bill Bahny & Associates sign and a green post with orange ribbon on the left side of the road. You are entering the property. This is the northern property boundary line.
The majority of the land is up the hill to your left. (if you look down the hill off to your right, just below the road you see, you will see another green post with orange ribbon, this is the NW Corner. Now drive approx. 1/10th of a mile and you come to the approx. SW boundary line of the property. You are leaving the property now. You can walk up the hill to the NE, SE and S corners from this road.
To go to the NW corner, keep driving about 2/10's of a mile and turn right on Tow Chain Trail, then stay right at the cabin and drive about 3/10ths of a mile and you come to the NW Corner of the property that you were looking at from the northern boundary line when you first entered the property.
