This area is in the Elk Zone of Kentucky and is within two minutes of the Trace Branch Recreation Area, providing access and boat ramp to the 1200 acre Buckhorn Lake. Buckhorn Lake offers ideal conditions for anglers including seclusion from fishing pressure and boat traffic, producing some of the best Muskie fishing in the area. There are also three ponds on the property stocked with fish to provide your own fishing oasis.
Mineral Rights: The mineral rights convey with the property. Currently there are two active gas wells that collect royalty payments monthly.
